Navotas City, Manila - The 3-year-old child named Alexa was killed to death by her own Mother named Jean Paula Pelayo in Navotas City.
According to reports, The 26 years old Mother admitted that she was under the influenced of prohibited drugs when the incident happened, She stabbed her own daughter seven times using knife caused her death.
