In fact, you won’t really need a lot of high intensity workouts just to be as sexy as them.

According to the celebrity trainer Michael Blauner, who has also been training some famous beauties, it is not the HIIT or the high intensity training that does the job in keeping you fit and toned. He said that LISS or low intensity sustained state cardio exercises are more effective.

Examples of these workouts are walking, swimming, cycling and everything else that you can do while relaxed. The most important thing is that you do it in long duration as this is the best type of cardio exercise if you want to lose weight fast.

However, in order to get the best of both worlds, you can also mix it up with a little bit of HIIT in fast paced and short duration only.

Aside from the workout and exercise, it will also be better if you take on a holistic approach to getting your desired body. It is not just about your strength training but it has also something to do with food.

You must watch what you eat, apart from working out as frequent as you can in a week. If you need to change your diet, you must cut down the carbs and eat more lean protein which includes beef, fish or chicken.

When it comes to veggies, there is no limit to how much you want to eat especially when it comes to carrots, cucumbers, celery and other leafy greens.

And lastly, you can indulge in your cravings once in awhile and have a cheat meal. But remember, it should only be a cheat meal and not a cheat day.
