June 8 - 20, 2019, 8am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday.
Requirements:
1. Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
2. Photocopy of High School Diploma/Transcript
3. Medical Certificate (fit to work)
4. ID pictures (with collar, white background) with name tag 4pcs passport size, 6pcs 1x1.
5. At least Student Driver's License
6. Long brown envelope
