High School Graduate / College Undergraduate
• Photocopy of Diploma
• NCAE Result or must pass the Aptitude Test
• Photocopy of Police Clearance/ NBI Clearance
• Photocopy of NSO/PSA Birth Certificate
• 3 pcs. 1x1 and Passport size Picture (white background with collar
• Medical Certificate and Drug Test
