Admission Requirements for Training:
Must pass the qualifying exam
Must be a high school Graduate
Must be 18 years old and above
Must submit the following:
Birth Certificate - PSA (Photocopy)
School Credential (Diploma, TOR, Form 137/138)
NBI or Police Clearance (Photocopy)
Picture 2pcs passport size, and 1 pc 1x1 (White background, with collar, MAT finished with name tag and mug-shot)
Medical certificate (from TESDA Paliparan health care provider)
