Trainee Entry Requirements:
- Holder of SMAW NC II
- 21-59 years old only
- Physically fit
- Must have a cellphone and internet connection for the online class
- Can communicate both orally and in writing
- At least Junior High School Level complete or an Alternative Learning System (ALS) Certificate of Completion with grade 10 equivalent.
