Who are Qualified?

1. Filipino citizens at least 15 years old
2. Willing and interested to undergo training
3. Not employed, not in education, and not in training (NEET) or Displaced worker

What are the entry requirements:

• 2 pcs 1x1 picture
• 1 photocopy of  PSA Certified birth certificate or marriage contract, if married
• 1 photocopy of National Certificate Level 1 in Masonry / Junior High School Level Certificate of Completion / High School Diploma / Alternative Learning System (ALS) Certificate of Completion (Any given)
• Barangay Certificate that you are not employed, not in education and not in training (NEET) or Displaced worker
