Time:
- 8 days full online - 8am to 12noon
- 7 days face to face - 8am to 5pm
What are the Requirements:
- at least High School Graduate or ALS Passer. We will accept Form 137/138 and Transcript of Records, DIPLOMA is not acceptable
- 18 years old to 55 years old
- Can compute basic Mathematical computations
Submit copies of the following:
- 4 copies each of 1" x 1" and passport size
- 1 copy of the Birth Certificate
- 1 copy of the Marriage Certificate for Married Women
- 6 copies of any valid ID (TIN, Drivers, PhilHealth, SSS, National ID)
- 2 CLEAR copies of Form 137/138 or Transcript of Records or ALS Certificate with grades for ALS Passer. and must have a signature of the school registrar or school principal.
- 1 copy of the Barangay Certificate
