Entry Requirements:
If you wish to enroll in said training courses, you must meet the following requirements.
- Filipino Citizens at least 18 years old
- Medical Certificate
- 2 pcs of 1x1 picture
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate or Marriage Contract, if married
- Previous School Record (HS or College Diploma) or TOR/Form 138/ALS)
- Photocopy of Gov't issued ID with 3 specimen signatures
