Monday To Saturday 8:00am to 5:00pm

What are the Entry Requirements: 

1. 18 to 35 years old (Male or Female)
2. With good moral Character
3. Able to Communicate both orally and in writing
4. Physically and mentally fit
5. Must belong to an indigent family or economically challenged family

What are the documentary requirements needed:

1. Autobiography
2. High School Diploma
3. 1x1 ID Picture
4. Male/Female (at least 18-35 yrs. old)
5. NBI Clearance
6. Can communicate in English
7. 1 Valid ID
8. Barangay Indigency Certificate
9. Location/Sketch of Residence
10. Exterior & Interior Photo of Applicant's Residence.
