The Regional Training Center in Tuguegarao is offering a free Driving NC II training program, which includes both theoretical and practical driving courses.

25 slots are available for the free Driving NC II training program that lasts 15 days.
To qualify for a Driving NC II, individuals must meet the following requirements:
- High School Card/ College OTR/ Diploma (photocopy)
- Barangay Clearance
- Medical Certificate
- PSA/NSO Birth Certificate (photocopy)
- ID Picture - 3 pcs 1x1
- 1 Long brown Envelop
Qualifications:
Applicants must be 18 years of age, complete at least high school, have completed a 10-year basic education, or have passed the ALS program to qualify for the free Driving NC II training program.

Assessment fee to be collected:
