Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Completion of at least 10 years of basic education or possession of an ALS certificate of achievement equivalent to Grade 10
- Filipino Citizenship
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 pieces of 1X1 ID photos with a white background
- 3 pieces of passport size ID photos with a nametag, white background, and formal attire
- 3 Photocopies of Birth certificate or marriage certificate (if married)
- 3 Photocopies of TOR/FORM 137/ FORM 138
- 6 Photocopies of 1 Valid ID with 3 original signatures (per copy)
- 1 copy of the Updated Resume
