Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a Filipino citizen
- At least 18 years old
- Must be a resident of District 1 and unemployed during the training
Required Documents:
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (if married)
- National Certificate holder (for TM Level 1 enrollees)
- Letter of Intent addressed to Cong. Alexander "Sandro" Marcos
