Trainee's Entry Requirements:
- Must be a Filipino Citizen
- At least 18 years old
- At least a High School Graduate
- Must not be currently enrolled in any course
Documentary Requirements:
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Marriage Certificate (for married women only)
- High School or College Diploma / Transcript of Records
Core Competencies:
- Communicate effectively in basic English
- Neutralize local and regional accents
- Apply both verbal and non-verbal communication skills as a customer service worker
