- A resident of Pasig City
- At least 18 years old
- High school graduate or equivalent
Required Documents:
- Barangay Clearance
- One photocopy of the Birth Certificate (PSA)
- One photocopy of the Marriage Certificate (PSA) – for married women
- Four 1x1 pictures (white background, collared shirt)
- Photocopy of a valid ID
- Black ballpoint pen
- Long brown envelope
- Certificate of Employment (if currently employed)
Operating Hours:
PCIST Manggahan is open from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
