The College of San Benildo-Rizal TESDA Training Center is thrilled to announce the opening of applications for our Cookery NC II scholarship program.
This is your chance to enhance your culinary skills and become a certified cook with the support of a comprehensive training program.
To register, visit the San Benildo-Rizal TESDA Training Center at Sumulong Highway, Brgy. Sta Cruz, Antipolo City, Rizal. Training Center office is open from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Here’s the list of requirements you need to submit:
- 1 pc Long Brown Envelope
- 1 pc Barangay Clearance/Proof of Billing
- 1 pc Photocopy of Birth Certificate
- 1 pc Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (if married)
- 1 pc Photocopy of TOR/Diploma (for College Graduates/Undergraduates)
- 1 pc Photocopy of Form 137/138 or Diploma (for High School Graduates)
- 1 pc Photocopy of Vaccination Card/Certificate
- 3 pcs Photocopy of any Valid ID with 3 specimen signatures
- 4 pcs 1x1 picture (White background, Formal attire, Scratch-Resistant)
- 4 pcs Passport size picture (White background, Formal attire, Scratch-Resistant)
