Basic Requirements by TESDA:
- Must be a Filipino citizen
- At least 18 years old
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- 1x1 and passport size pictures (4 pcs each, white background with collar)
- PSA Birth Certificate / Marriage Certificate (Photocopy)
- Transcript of Records (TOR) or Diploma (Photocopy)
- Barangay Clearance or Proof of Billing
- Long Brown Envelope
