There are 50 available slots, and it's first come, first served! If you are 15 years old or older, this is your chance to learn and grow.

How to Register:
To secure your spot, please bring the following documents:
- Certificate of Indigency
- Copy of PSA/NSO Birth Certificate or National ID
- Marriage Certificate (for married women)
- Photocopy of Form 137/Form 128/Transcript of Records/Diploma
- Copy of training certificate/NCII (for TESDA alumni)
- 4 pcs 1x1 ID pictures (White Background, shirt/blouse with collar)
- 4 pcs Passport size ID pictures (White Background, shirt/blouse with collar)
