Course Details:

• Training Duration: 40 days
• Benefits: Free Training, Free Assessment, and a daily allowance of 160 pesos.
• Training Modality: Face-to-Face classes (Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm)

Requirements:

• Filipino Citizen
• At least 18 years old by the end of the training program
• Must not be a beneficiary of other government educational scholarships or subsidies

Required Documents:

• 4 photocopies of the marriage certificate (for married women)
• 4 photocopies of Birth Certificate (PSA/NSO)
• 4 photocopies of High School or College Diploma
• 4 photocopies of Form 137 and 138 (for SHS Graduates)
• 4 photocopies of TOR (for College Graduates)
• 4 photocopies of grades (for College level)
• 4 passport-sized ID pictures (white background, collared shirt, no visible teeth, with name tag)
• 4 pieces of 1x1 ID pictures (white background, collared shirt, no visible teeth, with name tag)
• Long brown envelope
