Document Requirements:
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Previous School Record (High School or College) – Diploma or Transcript of Records (TOR)
- Photocopy of Barangay Clearance or NBI Clearance
- Latest ID Pictures: 4 pcs 1x1 (white background, formal attire)
- Photocopy of a valid Government-issued ID with 3 specimen signatures
- Photocopy of MARINA Medical Certificate (MLC 2006 - PEME format)
- Photocopy of Passport and/or Seaman’s Book
- Photocopy of Basic Training Certificate and/or BT COP
- Photocopy of Sea Service or Certificate of Employment (if available)
Conditional Requirements:
- Must be a High School graduate
- 18 years old and above
- Must have good moral character
- Physically and mentally fit as per MLC 2006 Regulation 1.2 (Medical Certificate)
- Able to communicate in English, both oral and written
