Qualifications:

  • 18 years old and above
  • Must be High school Graduate
  • (k to 12)
  • ALS Completer
  • College Graduate
  • College Undergraduate

Entry Requirements:

Before you enroll, make sure you meet the following requirements:

  • Two (2) pieces of 1x1 picture with a collar and white background
  • Two (2) photocopies of your PSA Birth Certificate
  • For married individuals: Two (2) photocopies of your PSA Marriage Contract
  • Two (2) photocopies of a valid ID
  • For college graduates: Two (2) photocopies of TOR (Certified True Copy)
  • For high school graduates: Two (2) photocopies of your Diploma and Form 137/138
  • For ALS Completers: Two (2) photocopies of Grades with a Certificate of Completion
