Eligibility Requirements:
- Filipino citizen
- At least 18 years old by the time training is completed
- Not currently employed, in education, or training
- High school (Old Curriculum), K-12 graduate, ALS, or college graduate/undergraduate
- Willing to finish the entire training
Documentary Requirements:
- 3 photocopies of your Transcript of Records, Form 137/138, ALS Certificate, or Diploma
- 3 photocopies of your NSO/PSA Birth Certificate/Marriage Certificate
- 3 photocopies of a valid ID with 3 specimen signatures
- 4 pcs 1x1 ID photos (white background)
- 4 pcs passport-sized ID photos (white background, name tag, collared shirt)
- Long brown envelope
How to apply:
Submit your complete requirements at the Clear Vocation Institute office, located at the 2nd floor of Primark Center, Atherton corner Dollar Street, North Fairview, Quezon City. They are open from Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 2 PM.
