To secure your spot, here are the required documents you need to submit in person:- Six (6) photocopies of any valid ID
- One (1) original Barangay Clearance
- One (1) photocopy of your Birth Certificate (or Marriage Contract for married women)
- One (1) photocopy of Form 137/138 or Transcript of Records (TOR) with the registrar’s signature
- Three (3) 1x1 ID pictures (white background, collared shirt, with name tag)
Training Schedule and Duration:
The training runs for 28 days, with full online sessions. You can choose between two schedules:- Morning class: 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM
- Afternoon class: 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM
