Eligibility Requirements:

• Must reside in Metro Manila
• Between 20-35 years old
• High School or ALS graduate
• Physically fit
• Financially challenged or indigent
• Currently unemployed and not enrolled in any other course
• PhilHealth member

Documents Needed:

• PSA/NSO Birth Certificate
• High School or ALS Diploma (with LRN)
• One passport-sized photo (with collar, name tag, and white background)
• Barangay Certificate of Indigency
• NBI Clearance
• Valid Government-Issued ID

Applicants can submit their documents from Monday to Friday at the following times:

• Morning schedule: 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM
• Afternoon schedule: 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM
