With 786 hours of face-to-face training, you’ll develop essential caregiving skills that could lead to employment opportunities locally and abroad. Plus, the national assessment fee is covered, so you’ll be well-prepared for certification without any extra costs.Here’s what you need to apply:
You must submit 3 photocopies of the following:- Birth Certificate
- Marriage Contract (for married women)
- Certificate of Graduation (for ALS or Senior High School completers)
- HS Form 137/138 or Transcript of Records (TOR)
Also, bring original copies of:
- Ten (10) passport-sized pictures (with a computerized name tag, white background, and collared shirt)
- A long brown envelope
