To be eligible, you must be:- At least 18 years old
- A high school graduate (or equivalent)
What you need to apply:
You’ll need to gather the following documents:- 10 photocopies of any government-issued valid ID
- Four (4) passport-sized pictures (with collar, name tag, white background)
- Two (2) 1x1 pictures
- Two (2) 2x2 pictures (with collar, name tag, white background)
- Two (2) photocopies of your Transcript of Records (TOR) (for college graduates)
- Two (2) photocopies of Form 137 (for high school graduates), or an ALS Certificate
- Two (2) photocopies of your Marriage Certificate (for married women)
- A Barangay Certificate confirming you are a bona fide resident of Pasay City
