Qualifications:
To be eligible for this scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:
- You are a Filipino citizen.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have completed at least high school or hold a Grade 10/ALS certificate.
Required Documents:
Please prepare the following documents to apply for the scholarship:
- 6 passport-size pictures with name tags.
- 2 pieces of 1x1 ID pictures.
- 12 photocopies of a valid government ID, with three specimen signatures below.
- 1 photocopy of your birth certificate (PSA-issued).
- 3 photocopies of your Transcript of Records (TOR) if you're a college graduate, or Form 137 if you're a high school graduate.
