Make sure to gather the following documents:- Form 137/138 (school records)
- Birth Certificate
- Four (4) passport-sized pictures
- Two (2) 1x1 pictures
- One (1) long brown envelope
Basic Qualifications:
To qualify, you must meet these requirements:- Be a high school graduate
- Be 18-65 years old
- Not a recipient of any other government scholarship
- Be out of school and unemployed (priority given to these)
- Hold a valid student driving permit
- Strictly for unemployed applicants
- Must not have received any TESDA scholarship before

The enrollment operates on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to those with complete requirements.
