Who Can Apply?

To join, you must:

  • Be a Filipino citizen.
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have completed at least high school.
  • Not be currently enrolled in any educational institution.

Required Documents:

Prepare the following:

  1. PSA Birth Certificate.
  2. Marriage Certificate (if applicable).
  3. High School or College Diploma/Transcript of Records.
